Employee FAQs

There are two types of user credentials.
The first type ( a user reference & PIN ) were automatically allocated to you by your employer. If you have lost or forgotten these please speak to your payroll manager. They will be able to re-issue them for you.

The second type ( a user name & password ) may have been created by you when you chose to register your own user name & password. If you have registered your own user name & password and you've lost or forgotten these then click on the following link : I've lost my user name & password

Enter the email address you entered during the registration process and a user name & password reminder or reset url will be sent to that email address.

If you've entered your user reference / user name and PIN / Password and both boxes just go clear, nothing happens and there is no error message! This is usually because your browser is blocking third party cookies. Check the privacy setting on your browser and allow third party cookies or just add an exception for https://www.edcodeposit.com. This is more common with Apple Macs than it is with Windows PCs. If you can't or don't feel comfortable changing this setting you can try using the following url instead : https://www.edocdeposit.com/employeelogin.aspx
