There are three methods of deploying the epayslip web service from eDoc Deposit Limited :
- Complete integration with your existing payroll software. The eDoc web service can be completely integrated with any payroll software enabling it to deliver epayslips to your employees. Some development work is required for your payroll software to be integrated with the eDoc Deposit web service. eDoc Deposit have provided a web service with a set of easy to implement methods. The development time required is minimal and is typically completed with two weeks. This method will produce the simpliest and easiest route to epayslips. When fully integrated users simply click on the eDoc icon within their payroll software, rather than the printer icon, and the eDoc web service does the rest. Employees will automatically have an account created using a company reference, generated during registration, and an employee ID, provided by the payroll software. All accounts are secured by using a PIN. eDoc Deposit do not need any other details for the employee, no email address is required.
- eDoc Deposit can parse a file output by your payroll software. Almost all payroll software has the ability to output payslips and other documents as a file, usually it's an xml or csv file. eDoc Deposit have produced some software which is able to parse the file and produce epayslips which can then be uploaded using the eDoc Deposit web service. From this point on it works in exactly the same way the above complete integration works. Employees will automatically have an account created using a company reference, generated during registration, and an employee ID, provided by the payroll file. - Use the eDoc Deposit Document Uploader. eDoc Deposit have an application called the eDoc Uploader. This application is free to download from our web site. You simply produce payslips in a pdf format from your existing payroll software. The eDoc Uploader is then used to upload the pdf files to our secure web portal. Employees will automatically have an account created using a company reference, generated during registration, and an employee ID, provided from within the pdf file name. All accounts are secured by using a PIN. eDoc Deposit do not need any other details for the employee, no email address is required.
