Healthpay Partner John Clegg believes eDoc Deposit is "A winner all round". Healthpay are a payroll agency dealing with small businesses, all under 100 employees and most under 50. Until recently Healthpay have had a very limited range of options for payslips, their default method was to send their clients a PDF document for them to print locally, cut up, stuff into envelopes and hand to their employees. The only other option they have used was to print the payslip and post them to their client's employees. This is a costly exercise, as you can imagine, stamps, payslip stationery and envelopes all add up. It is also time consuming. Some of Healthpay's clients considered using self-seal mailers, but they are expensive and don't save a lot of labour. Some looked at having Healthpay email the payslips but it really isn't a secure method and the information commissioner has indicated that it wasn't acceptable. Healthpay now offer the eDoc Deposit option to all their clients, payslips are simply uploaded to the eDoc Deposit website. Employees are given an individual username and PIN, they go to www.edocdeposit.com enter their username and PIN and view or download their payslip. Once logged in employees can create their own more memorable username and password, if they wish. The benefits to the employer are that they don't have to handle the payslips at all, postage, stationery and handling costs are all significantly reduced making the eDoc Deposit option financially very attractive. The benefits to the employees include the ability to access their payslips where and when they want. Almost any device, including PC, MAC, Smartphone or Tablet, can be used to view them. They can be downloaded, printed or just left securely stored for viewing at a later date. As Healthpay partner John Clegg says: "After a slow start we now have over 10% of the payslips we produce going to eDoc Deposit, and our clients have found it to be fuss free and well accepted by staff. A winner all round!" That's great to hear John and here's to your continued success.
